Sheeba Vijayan, Founder and director of IDEAS2Centre

Sheeba is a professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in leadership development, project management, consulting, coaching, change management, and program development.

As a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and Certified Mental Wellness Coach and Facilitator, she is adept at empowering teams to identify effective and innovative solutions by understanding the broader context of complex problems.

She is the founder and director of IDEAS2Centre, which seeks to optimize diverse perspectives within teams. In her leisure time, Sheeba enjoys engaging in outdoor activities, cooking international cuisine, and playing board games with her husband and their two sons.
