Carol Brochu supports mindfulness and training development with her husband Wayne Pagani of WP Consulting & Associates. Carol & Wayne are both Yoga instructors, Reiki Masters, MeFirst Practitioners, Certified Work-Life Strategists (CWS), and Certified in Professional Mastery & Assessments (PMAC) through CRG Leader.
They have partnered to develop and deliver wellness webinars related to mindfulness, self-care, and wellbeing. We are thrilled to be sharing some of our recommended mindfulness and self-care strategies with the Calgary Korean Women’s Association.
Carol is also a Mindfulness Facilitator, Martial Arts instructor, Huna, Magnified Healing and Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner, and Access Consciousness Facilitator. She is trained in mental health first aid and assertiveness and Conflict Resolution. She is an ordained spiritual minister with the Order of Melchizedek.
