In this session, we will be learning and practicing basic gentle, safe and effective ways to do pilates to help keep the body flexible and physically healthy.
Pilates is a great way to improve your physical and mental well-being. It’s a low impact, high intensity exercise that can be done anywhere, anytime. Pilates can help restore normal alignment, increase your mobility and decrease your risks for injury, making it a great workout for older adults who want to stay in shape or start a new fitness routine.
There are many benefits of taking pilates classes for older adults, including it can help you improve your balance. Pilates will also help you build muscle tone, making it easier to move and do other activities without getting tired as quickly.
All levels of experience are welcome, it’s never too late to try something new! Our passionate, experienced instructors will guide you through the movements from the comfort of your own home.
