Mindfulness is a practice that involves increasing awareness of the present moment by focusing on thoughts, feelings, and sensations. It can also refer to focusing on one task at a time without distraction. Practicing mindfulness can reduce stress, improve focus, encourage mental growth and positively impact emotional awareness, and overall well-being.

Join this session to learn more about mindfulness, its wide range of benefits, and how to practice it.

Speaker profile:

Erin Fuller is a Registered Psychologist and holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She currently works with individual adults in her private practice, specializing in anxiety, stress management, sexual violence, and general emotional awareness and well-being.

Erin enjoys working with clients from diverse sexual and cultural backgrounds and has extensive experience in post-secondary and non-profit environments. It is a joy and a privilege for Erin to witness clients’ growth and the resiliency of the human spirit.
