Looking for ways to get a better night of sleep? Join Alia Khan-Elhady to learn about the importance of sleep, the different stages of sleep and what they mean for optimal health.

During this session, we will explore strategies that can be implemented right away to get a better night’s sleep so you can feel your best.


Alia Khan-Elhady is an international speaker, educator, and writer. She offers clinical consultations and training to a variety of healthcare practitioners. Alia is also a freelance Clinical Consultant with a Master’s in Social Work. As a licensed Social Worker and certified Functional Nutritional Therapist, she brings 15+ years of clinical experience to her role.

In addition to her in-depth training in mental health and holistic nutrition, she has expertise in gut health, pain management, hormone imbalances and getting to the root cause of chronic health conditions.
